Refund Policy

By purchasing services through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Best BC TV Streams. Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy: Best BC TV Streams Does NOT offer refunds on Digital Products/Services once activated and delivered. That is why you can ask us for a free trial before you make a purchase. If you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please contact us for a refund request and we shall consider your individual request.

Note: We will not give a refund or partial refund if :

1.The user is unable to setup their own

box or device at their end.

2.Some channels are freezing, buffering or not working (this is very rare)

Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes some channels do freeze or don't work due to various reasons but it’s not permanently. Engineers are always working to fix errors if they occur .

We do not have direct access to any servers.

We are just a re-seller, and can only reach out

Most of the time , these issues are temporary caused by:

1.Your ISP (Internet Service Provider)has an issue or are blocking your service

2.Customer internet fluctuations

3.Channel is down from server end

4.Customer change his/her mind

Note: We will completely refund only purchases which have been done in less than 7-days & your service is not working properly.

All other refund requests

(if the purchase was made more than 7 days After the refund request) We will return partial amount according to the used period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.

If you get A 513 error your service has been shut down. We are only a reseller so this is out of our control. We will give you a discount on a new 1 year subscription only (based on the remainder of time left on your existing subscription
